The refrigerated dryer adopts the working principle of cooling and condensation, and is mainly composed of three parts: heat exchange system, refrigeration system and electrical control system.
The compressed air first enters the pre-cooler for air-air or air-water heat exchange, and then enters the cold and hot air exchanger to exchange heat with the cooled cold air that has come out of the evaporator to further reduce the temperature of the compressed air. After that, the compressed air enters the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant.
The temperature of the compressed air drops to 0-8°C. The moisture in the air is precipitated at this temperature, separated by the gas-water separator, and then discharged through the automatic drain. The dry low-temperature air enters the hot and cold air exchanger for exchange, and is output after the temperature rises.
The refrigerated dryer operates by cooling and condensation. The compressed air undergoes heat exchange and is cooled down to 0-8°C. At this low temperature, the moisture in the air precipitates out, separates via a gas-water separator, and is discharged automatically, yielding dry, stable outlet air.
The dryer employs advanced rotary or scroll compressors, piston-type hermetic refrigeration compressors, and semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressors (for models above 20HP). These options provide stable running, low noise, energy-saving operation, and have an IP54 protection level.
The cylinder material of the heat exchanger is constructed from stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel. This high-grade material selection effectively prevents rust and safeguards against secondary pollution in the compressed air stream.
Thanks to its highly optimized design, the dryer operates stably without requiring a specialized foundation. It has no regular consumables, resulting in low maintenance rates and operating costs, and does not require dedicated operators for supervision.
Models rated ≤12NF run on standard single-phase 220V 50Hz power (220v 50hz 1p). Models exceeding this capacity (15NF and above) run on three-phase 380V 50Hz power (380v 50hz 3p).
All design parameters for both the refrigeration loop and the air handling system are built with more than a 20% design margin to ensure reliable performance under varying ambient and operating conditions.
